This is to notify all of Pellital's lenders that ChipIn Inc. has been merged with InMobi Technologies Pvt. Ltd (collectively referred to as "Company"). Pellital used ChipIn to collect funds. We further wish to notify that InMobi has decided to discontinue the ChipIn Website and all services thereunder on March 7, 2013 but we are actively working on a solution to find another way to collect funds.
